The Karnataka Transport Department has implemented a geofencing-based mVahan Fitness mobile exertion crossed each 66 Regional Transport Office (RTO) offices successful the State to bring transparency and curb irregularities successful the issuance of Fitness Certificates (FCs) for commercialized vehicles.
