Officials of the Telangana Drugs Control Administration (DCA) raided an illegally operated aesculapian store successful Choppadandi colony of Karimnagar territory connected June 10 and seized medicines worthy ₹5.51 lakh that were being stocked and sold without a valid cause licence.
According to the DCA, the raid was conducted pursuing credible accusation regarding the amerciable merchantability of medicines. Officials inspected a premises located successful Choppadandi colony nether Choppadandi mandal and recovered that it was being operated by Mallarapu Akhil without obtaining the mandatory cause licence.
During the inspection, officers detected the unauthorised stocking of a ample quantity of medicines intended for sale. A full of 28 varieties of medicines, including in-vitro diagnostic trial kits, antibiotics, intravenous fluids, analgesics and different drugs, were recovered connected the premises.
