Visakha Steel General Hospital (VSGH) celebrated its 34th Formation Day astatine VSGH, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, successful Visakhapatnam connected Saturday (27 December, 2025). VSGH is simply a 160-bedded infirmary serving employees of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant and their families.

The Dr. Kuppachi Krishna Murthy Gold Medal for Best Doctor was awarded to Dr. Ravishankar A. Rao, DGM Medical, VSGH and Y. Lakshmi Prabhakar Gold Medal for Best Nurse was awarded to P. Rajeswari, Assistant Manager Nursing, VSGH.
On the occasion, Dr. C.V. Rao delivered a speech titled “Predict, Prevent, and Protect from ASCVD (Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease)”. Prizes were distributed to winners of assorted competitions conducted successful transportation with the Formation Day celebrations. Doctors, specialists, paramedical staff, aesculapian administration, and outsourcing unit were contiguous during the function.
