Supreme Court seeks responses from Centre, others on on plea concerning MSP

The Supreme Court connected Monday (April 13, 2026) sought responses from the Centre and others connected a plea to accord weightage to states' connection connected the nonstop outgo of cultivation portion fixing minimum enactment terms (MSP).

A Bench of Chief Justice Surya Kant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi issued notices to the Centre and others, including the Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices, seeking their effect connected the plea.
