Andhra Pradesh volition committee 24 large powerfulness transmission projects worthy ₹3,507 crore betwixt June and December 2026, says Special Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister K. Vijayanand.
Reviewing the advancement of transmission infrastructure works connected Tuesday, Mr. Vijayanand directed the officials to guarantee timely completion and commissioning of the projects, which included 400 kV, 220 kV and 132 kV substations and associated transmission lines crossed aggregate districts.
He said the projects would fortify grid stability, amended powerfulness reliability and enactment the increasing energy needs of agriculture, industry, commercialized establishments and households.
Officials informed that 68 transmission projects worthy ₹5,279 crore were nether execution, portion tenders had been floated for 29 further projects. The 24 projects scheduled for inauguration included cardinal substations astatine Gudivada, Ainavilli, Atchutapuram, Tiruvuru and Dharmavaram, importantly enhancing Andhra Pradesh’s powerfulness transmission web and aboriginal vigor infrastructure.
