Vipin Wilson, Assistant Commandant, CRPF, a recipient of the Shaurya Chakra 2026, has been honoured by the Don Bosco College Alumni Association astatine a relation held successful Thrissur, Kerala, recently.

The Shaurya Chakra is India’s third-highest peacetime gallantry award.

At the ceremony, Mr. Wilson, a Thrissur autochthonal and alumnus of Don Bosco College, Mannuthy, was felicitated jointly by erstwhile main of the assemblage Paulson Chalissery, existent main Fr. Jimmy Jose, and alumni relation president Shravan Paul.

Speaking astatine the event, Mr. Wilson recalled the cognition successful the Borobekra country of Jiribam territory successful Manipur connected November 11, 2024, which earned him the honour.
