United Democratic Front (UDF) campaigner K.S. Sabarinadhan, lad of erstwhile Speaker G. Karthikeyan, and an MLA from Aruvikkara betwixt 2015 and 2021, submitted his information papers for the upcoming section assemblage elections present connected Tuesday.

He is the mayoral campaigner of Congress successful Thiruvananthapuram Corporation. The information papers were submitted earlier the returning officer, P. Praveen, astatine the Thiruvananthapuram Collectorate.

Mr. Sabarinadhan seeks the mandate from Kowdiar ward. He volition contention against A. Sunilkumar of Communist Party of India (Marxist) [CPI(M)] and Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) S. Madhusudhanan Nair, who is outgoing Sasthamangalam ward councillor.
