The Distinguished Alumni Awards and Young Achiever Awards of the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchi (NIT-T), were presented to 16 persons connected Tuesday.
The awards are fixed to alumni who person made outstanding contributions successful the fields of academia, industry, entrepreneurship, nationalist and societal service.
This year, 13 persons were selected for the Distinguished Alumni Awards portion 3 persons got the Young Achiever Awards, recognising globally respected researchers and academicians, elder leaders successful technology, infrastructure, manufacturing, and finance, founders of innovative ventures, and nationalist administrators whose enactment contributes to nationalist improvement and societal progress, according to a NIT-T property release.
Speaking connected the occasion, Shivkumar Kalyanaraman, CEO, Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), highlighted the captious relation of research, innovation, and academia–industry partnerships successful shaping our nation’s cognition economy.
Amogh Kumar Gupta, Chairperson of the Board of Governors, NIT-T, underlined the value of alumni engagement successful strengthening organization excellence.
