A 28-year-old antheral who was detained by the MGR Nagar constabulary for questioning successful transportation with a drunken brawl, and fto disconnected connected Monday night, died aft helium returned home.
His household members alleged helium died of custodial torture. The unfortunate has been identified arsenic R. Venkatesan, 28, of Nesapakkam who worked arsenic a driver.
