Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav connected Sunday released gharials and turtles into the stream astatine Kuno National Park successful Sheopur district, calling it an important measurement towards conservation.

Mr. Yadav released 53 gharials and 25 turtles into the Kuno River adjacent the Palpur Fort wrong the nationalist parkland during a programme organised nether the aegis of the National Chambal Sanctuary.

Speaking connected the occasion, helium said conservation and augmentation of the gharial and turtle colonisation were being undertaken, and the authorities authorities was taking efforts to support endangered species.
