A escaped aesculapian campy for location guards was inaugurated by G.V. Selvam, vice-president, VIT University and Chairman of Vellore International School (VIS) Chennai, astatine the Police Welfare Centre successful Old Town that comes nether Vellore Corporation limits.

According to a property release, the day-long campy provided wide aesculapian check-ups, cardiac evaluations, dental check-ups, and orthopedic assessments, on with Siddha and Ayurveda treatments. The campy was jointly organised by Thalaimurai Peravai, a section voluntary organisation and Sri Narayani Hospital & Research Centre (SNHRC).

A ample fig of Home Guard unit from Vellore and neighbouring districts benefited from the camp. Free medicines and wellness supplements were besides distributed to the participants.

In his address, Mr. Selvam appreciated the exemplary work and tireless efforts of the members of the Tamil Nadu Home Guards. He acknowledged their invaluable publication towards assemblage welfare. On the occasion, R. Chandrasekar, who runs an orphanage, was fixed a beingness accomplishment grant successful the beingness of G.
