The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued summonses to 2 persons for signaling their statements successful transportation with a lawsuit accusing 1 Biswajit Podder alias Sona Pappu and his associates of rioting, effort to murder, transgression conspiracy, and possession of amerciable limb successful West Bengal, according to bureau officials.
“Summonses person been issued to Howrah Joint Commissioner Gaurav Lal and ‘land mafia’ Joy Kamdar. Both of them person been called to the ED bureau successful Kolkata connected April 13 for questioning...In this case, the relation of respective TMC (Trinamool Congress) leaders is besides coming to light, and they are nether the scanner of the investigation,” an bureau authoritative said.
