The Delhi constabulary person arrested a 27-year-old undergraduate pupil of the School of Open Learning, University of Delhi, for alleged links to an amerciable arms web operating crossed Delhi-NCR, officers said connected Friday.
The accused, identified arsenic Abu Talib, was nabbed connected April 14 pursuing a tip-off, the constabulary said.
