Congress MLCs accuse Harish Rao of intimidating contractors making baseless allegations on HAM roads

Congress MLCs Balmoor Venkat and Addanki Dayakar refuted erstwhile Minister T. Harish Rao’s allegations of corruption successful Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) roadworthy projects, revealing that the tenders were yet to beryllium finalised, and accused him of intimidating contractors.
