District Collector M. Abhishikth Kishore connected Friday directed officials of the Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA) to hole a broad implementation program for 49 projects projected nether the Visakha Economic Region (VER).
The absorption was issued during a preparatory gathering held astatine the Collectorate up of a reappraisal of the economical portion by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu connected June 2. Officials from VMRDA, the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC), the Tourism Department, Revenue Department and IT consultants attended the meeting.
The Collector said that VMRDA, arsenic the nodal bureau for the VER initiative, should enactment successful adjacent coordination with the GVMC, Tourism and different departments successful finalising the improvement roadmap.
