China terms U.S. blockade of Strait of Hormuz 'dangerous and irresponsible' move

China connected Tuesday (April 14, 2026) termed the U.S. blockade of the Strait of Hormuz arsenic a "dangerous and irresponsible move" and asked Washington and Tehran to honour the ceasefire.

Beijing besides denied aiding Iran militarily and threatened to deed backmost if U.S. President Donald Trump hikes tariffs against China connected the allegation of helping Tehran.
