Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan connected Saturday (January 3, 2026) urged States to follow a strategical attack to fund utilisation, informing that delays successful spending allocated funds effect successful losses for States and hamper the timely merchandise of consequent cardinal instalments.
