Three persons person been arrested by the Avadi Police Commissionerate for possessing 18 kg of ganja. When the Ambattur Prohibition Enforcement Wing Police, nether the Avadi Police Commissionerate, were connected patrol astatine Meenakshi Nagar, Thirumullaivoyal connected Tuesday they intercepted Arunkumar, a nonmigratory of Ambattur, based connected suspicion. Subsequently, upon search, they recovered helium had 8 kg of ganja which helium procured from Odisha for sale, according to a property release.

After questioning and search, they recovered each of them had 5 kg of ganja and they besides had procured from Odisha. All 3 persons were arrested and further investigations are underway.
