The value of aboriginal intervention, inclusive education, and societal acceptance of persons with Down Syndrome was highlighted by Senthil Kumar Nallusamy, Chief Cardiologist, Rana Hospital, during a peculiar programme co-hosted by Tiruchi Disability Forum and the Indian Academy of Paediatrics, Tiruchi Chapter, to observe World Down Syndrome Day connected Friday.

In his address, Dr. Nallusamy explained that Down Syndrome is simply a familial condition, scientifically known arsenic Trisomy 21, wherever an idiosyncratic has an other transcript of chromosome 21.
