Nearly 120 participants, including policymakers, municipality practitioners, method experts, and metropolis representatives discussed strategies related to municipal coagulated discarded management, reducing c emissions, and low-carbon municipality improvement astatine a two-day store connected Sustainable Cities Integrated Approach Pilot (SCIAP) task successful Vijayawada connected Monday (June1). The participants shared their experiences, lessons and deliberated connected pathways for integrated clime enactment successful Indian cities.
The store was inaugurated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs Director Surabhi Malik. It is organised by the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO), the Global Environment Facility (GEF), the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), and the National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA) successful relation with the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC).
Ms. Surabhi Malik highlighted the value of integrated municipality approaches successful promoting sustainable and climate-resilient metropolis development.
