Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar connected Thursday said that pending works nether the Yettinahole task volition resume wrong a week, with the State moving to comply with conditions acceptable by the Union Environment Ministry.

Addressing presspersons aft a gathering connected inter-linked h2o projects, including the Mekedatu and the Upper Bhadra Canal projects, Mr. Shivakumar said the Centre had directed the State to wage ₹257 crore towards penalties and mitigation measures.
