Minister for Transport S.S. Sivasankar has said that the fig of women passengers utilizing the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) buses has accrued from 40% to 70% after the instauration of the Vidiyal Payanam free autobus question scheme in the State.
