Wipro Ltd. connected Monday (April 6, 2026) said it bagged an 8-year declaration worthy $1 cardinal from Olam Group, a Singapore-based nutrient and agri‑business steadfast successful which state-owned concern steadfast Temasek Holdings has a bulk stake.

Wipro said arsenic portion of the declaration it would get Olam Group’s IT and integer services business, Mindsprint, for $375 million, an all-cash deal. Mindsprint would go a wholly owned subsidiary of Wipro, taxable to regulatory approvals and closing conditions. The acquisition process is expected to adjacent by the extremity of Q1 FY27.
