Winners of international sailing competition felicitated

Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin connected Saturday felicitated the winners of the India International Youth Sailing Championship 2026. The Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu organised the contention astatine the Chennai Port from January 6 to 9. A full of 87 sailors from 8 countries, aged betwixt 12 and 18, took portion successful the competition. Of them, 27 sailors representing India were from Tamil Nadu. The Indian squad topped the medal tally with 12 medals, including six gold, 3 metallic and 3 bronze. Mr. Udhayanidhi felicitated the winners astatine a relation held successful Chennai.
