The Supreme Court connected Tuesday (March 10, 2026) is hearing a caller plea filed by individuals whose names were deleted from the electoral rolls by the Election Commission during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) successful West Bengal.

A Bench comprising Chief Justice Surya Kant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi connected Monday (March 9, 2026) took enactment of the submissions of elder advocator Maneka Guruswamy that the plea pertained to the deletion of erstwhile voters from the rolls.
