Water level successful Mullaperiyar dam connected Wednesday stood astatine 131.80 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 429 cusecs and a discharge of 1,000 cusecs. In Vaigai dam, the level was 53.38 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 611 cusecs and a discharge of 2,069 cusecs.
