Water level successful Mullaperiyar dam connected Tuesday stood astatine 127.55 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 266 cusecs and a discharge of 1,000 cusecs. In Vaigai dam the level was 49.93 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 923 cusecs and a discharge of 1,869 cusecs. Combined retention successful Periyar recognition was 5,825.54 mcft.
