Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stands at 123.95 feet

Water level successful Mullaperiyar dam connected Friday stood astatine 123.95 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 45 cusecs and a discharge of 933 cusecs. In Vaigai dam, the level was 47.41 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 433 cusecs and a discharge of 969 cusecs. Combined retention successful Periyar recognition was 4,755.68 mcft.
