Water level successful Mullaperiyar dam connected Monday stood astatine 121.40 feet (permissible level is 142 ft) with an inflow of 252 cusecs and a discharge of 700 cusecs. In Vaigai dam, the level stood astatine 45.83 ft (maximum level is 71 ft) with an inflow of 354 cusecs and a discharge of 669 cusecs. Combined retention successful Periyar recognition was 4,077.88 mcft.
