VTU CPGS Kalaburagi celebrates National Science Day with prototype exhibition

The Centre for Post Graduate Studies (CPGS), Kalaburagi, of Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), organised a prototype accumulation for first-year students nether its Innovation and Design Thinking inaugural to people the solemnisation of National Science Day connected Saturday.

The programme was virtually inaugurated by VTU Vice-Chancellor S. Vidyashankar.

He encouraged students to make technological temper, innovative reasoning and a beardown probe orientation. He urged them to make technology-driven solutions to code societal challenges.

The lawsuit was presided implicit by Shubhangi D.C., Regional Director, VTU CPGS, Kalaburagi, who highlighted the value of experiential learning and innovation successful higher education. She appreciated the efforts of students and module successful organising the accumulation and called upon students to actively prosecute successful probe and improvement activities.

The main guest, M.S. Jogad, Sir C.V. Raman Young Scientist Awardee, delivered a speech connected the taxable “Women successful Science”. He underscored the important contributions of women scientists crossed disciplines and stressed the request to make adjacent opportunities and supportive ecosystems for women successful STEM fields.

The accumulation featured innovative prototypes developed by first-year students to code real-world occupation statements. Stakeholders who had provided the occupation statements, principals and module members of determination VTU-affiliated colleges, representatives from determination schools, and students attended the event. Visitors interacted with participants, appreciated their creativity and offered feedback connected the moving models.

The programme was coordinated by Shilpa Kodli, Shilpa Joshi, Vikram Patil and Aadarsh Gadale.
