Vizag SEZ turnover shows 4.34% growth in 2nd Quarter compared to last year

VSEZ portion has recorded exports to the tune of ₹58,505 crore during the 2nd 4th (July-September) registering a maturation of 4.34% implicit the aforesaid play during the erstwhile year, Zonal Development Commissioner, Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone, Srinivas Muppaala said connected Friday.

Of this, work exports are ₹43,871 crore and merchandise exports ₹14,634 crore.

During the six months play of April to September 2025, VSEZ portion has recorded exports to the tune of ₹1,17,050 crore, comprising of merchandise exports of ₹30,414 crore and work exports of ₹86,636 crore, registering a maturation of 7% implicit the aforesaid play during the erstwhile year.

During the play July-September, 3 caller SEZ portion proposals person been granted support successful Telangana and 2 caller SEZ portion proposals successful Andhra Pradesh, the Development Commissioner said.

The recently approved SEZ units are expected to marque an concern of ₹467.5 crore and supply employment to 1032 persons. In Andhra Pradesh, the 2 caller units are M/s. Aerochema Ingredients Pvt Ltd for manufacture of aroma ingredients successful M/s. APIIC Multi Product SEZ, Naidupeta and M/s Bonbloc Technologies for rendering IT/ITES services successful M/s. Ace Urban Hi tech City Limited SEZ.

In Telangana, the units are M/s. Sutherland Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd (U-3), M/s. Hitachi Digital Global India Pvt. Ltd and M/s. DigiEdze Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd for rendering IT/ITES services.
