KSL Yasmin and K. Helsa, the squad representing Vinex Degree College, topped the last circular of the Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) - The Hindu Future India Club (TH FIC) College Quiz, organised for postgraduate students, astatine Alluri Vignana Kendram, successful Visakhapatnam connected Friday (January 30).

The lawsuit saw 620 students, and 310 teams, participating successful the preliminary round, with the bulk of teams registering online, and 70 teams joining connected site. Quizmaster Gautam Bose hosted the event.

Six teams precocious to the finals and battled for the apical honours. The rounds included Q&A, antagonistic marking, and a buzzer round. The winning squad close from the preliminary circular (pen and paper) till the finals dominated by maintaining their pb spot throughout.

Ms. Helsa of Vinex Degree College this year’ last winner, was besides the topper successful the erstwhile year’s TH FIC-IPE College Quiz.

Interestingly, the 2nd prize winners – D. Pudheer and S. Bala – were besides from Vinex Degree College. Ch. Sandhya and D. Leela Lakshmi from Pydah College for Women bagged the 3rd prize.

Y. Anand and Y. John of Aditya Degree College, Gopalapatnam secured 4th place, and their collegemates S. Hemani and G. Lekhya, finished fifth. The sixth prize was won by P. Chaturya and O. Maheswari from Pydah College for Women.

Earlier, M. Meher Karuna, Professor (Marketing & Strategy), of IPE, addressed the participants.

The finalists were presented with merit certificates, prizes and trophies. All participants received information certificates.
