Vikram Singh Mann takes charge as Telangana Fire and Disaster Response chief

Vikram Singh Mann, an IPS serviceman from the 1998 batch, assumed complaint connected Monday arsenic Director General of Telangana Fire, Disaster Response, Emergency and Civil Defence, succeeding Y. Nagi Reddy.

After taking charge, Mr. Mann interacted with elder officers of the section and commended their hard enactment and dedication to duty.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Mann served arsenic Additional Commissioner of Police (Law and Order), Hyderabad City, for 3 years.

Meanwhile, Mr. Y. Nagi Reddy, (IPS 1997), was transferred to instrumentality complaint arsenic the Managing Director, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC), Hyderabad, taking implicit from V.C. Sajjanar.
