P.K. Mamukkoya, 78, elder Congress person and a four-term councillor successful the Kozhikode Corporation, passed distant connected Sunday (October 5).
He represented wards specified arsenic Malaparamba, Karaparamba, and Vengeri, and was the enactment person successful the council.
