According to a connection issued by police, Vikas Rana, a nonmigratory of Ghenaura Silver Nagar village, had travelled to Cambodia for employment but was allegedly confined illegally and forced to instrumentality portion successful cyber-fraud operations.

Rana's wife, Dolly, filed a complaint, saying that her hubby was taken against his volition and made to enactment for the syndicate, it said.
