Union government weakening MGNREGA, alleges CPI(M)

The Communist Party of India(Marxist) accused the Union authorities of weakening the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA)  and undermining the livelihood rights of the agrarian poor.
