U.S. judge blocks Trump's National Guard deployment in Los Angeles

A national justice connected Wednesday (December 10, 2025) blocked President Donald Trump’s deployment of National Guard troops to Los Angeles and ordered them returned to the power of the State’s governor.

U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer rejected the Trump administration’s assertion that caller protests against migration authorities amounted to a rebellion that legally justified the bonzer measurement of taking national power of authorities National Guard units and sending them into the streets.
