The U.S. Commerce Department said connected Wednesday (November 19, 2025) it has authorised the export of precocious artificial quality chips, the equivalent of up to 35,000 NVIDIA Blackwell chips, to 2 companies successful Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

The 2 companies are G42, which is simply a state-run AI institution based successful Abu Dhabi, and Humain, which is simply a Saudi government-backed AI venture.

“Both companies are receiving approvals to acquisition the equivalent of up to 35,000 Nvidia Blackwell chips (GB300s),” the Commerce Department said successful a statement. A full of 35,000 Blackwell’s are worthy an estimated $1 billion, but prices vary.

“The approvals are conditioned connected some companies gathering rigorous information and reporting requirements,” the Commerce Department said.

Earlier successful the time Humain, a government-backed Saudi AI firm, said it planned to acquisition of 6,00,000 Nvidia AI chips by HUMAIN.

HUMAIN and Elon Musk’s xAI program to jointly make information centres successful Saudi Arabia, including a 500 megawatt facility.
