The Prohibition Enforcement Wing (PEW) of the Avadi City Police has arrested R. Kumar, 37 and V. Jayaraman, 25 of Theni territory for allegedly smuggling ganja from Rajahmundry successful Andhra Pradesh and selling it successful Red Hills, Manali, Athipet, and Ennore. They were intercepted adjacent Red Hills and 15 kg of ganja was seized from them.
