The Anti-Narcotics Intelligence Unit (ANIU) arrested 2 persons successful Saidapet connected Tuesday for possessing LSD stamps, MDMA tablets, and ganja meant for amerciable sale. Police seized 50 LSD stamps, 9 MDMA tablets, 50 grams of ganja, 1 ganja paste, 2 mobile phones, and 2 two-wheelers from the accused.
According to the constabulary a squad led by an ANIU Inspector, on with unit from the Saidapet Police Station, conducted a surveillance connected Tuesday day adjacent Theradi Street, adjacent to Saidapet railway station.
Two men recovered lasting adjacent the vehicles were questioned and the narcotic substances were seized from them. The arrested accused were Prabhakaran, 27, of Saidapet, and Harisudhan, 23, of Selaiyur.
