Two contract labourers asphyxiated to death near Tiruchi

Two declaration labourers were asphyxiated to decease erstwhile they entered into a underground drainage astatine Muthu Nagar nether Tiruverumbur police presumption limits successful Tiruchi connected Monday evening. Police identified the victims arsenic Prabhu of Salem and Ravi of Pudukottai district.

Police sources said the 2 declaration labourers entered into the underground drainage for cleaning erstwhile they suffered suffocation aft inhaling poisonous state and died connected the spot. The bodies were recovered and sent to Thuvakudi Government Hospital for a postmortem. Tiruverumbur constabulary are investigating.
