The metropolis constabulary arrested 2 radical for smuggling 844 kg of gutkha connected Thursday evening. Acting connected a tip-off, the Pallapatti constabulary stopped a mini lorry connected Three Roads. The constabulary recovered 844 kg of gutkha hidden successful 11 barrels and seized it. The constabulary arrested 2 persons, M. Saravana Kumar (38), a nonmigratory of Ranipet district, and V. Prabakaran (25), a nonmigratory of Vellore district. The police also seized the vehicle.
