Two arrested for illegal possession of explosives in Krishnagiri

Two radical were arrested for allegedly possessing explosives illegally, successful Krishnagiri on Thursday (December 18, 2025).

The constabulary said that connected December 13, 3 radical hurled a country-made weaponry astatine the autobus of a backstage company, and successful the attack, a pistillate unit subordinate was injured. The constabulary arrested the trio and remanded them successful prison.

Based connected their statements, the constabulary searched the houses of Dharjun Nisha, 39, successful Krishnagiri, and Barkatullah, 55, a nonmigratory of Banakara Street successful Pudhupettai and seized 125 kg of explosives from them, including 50 kg of sulfur, 50 kg of potassium chloride, and 25 kg of ammonium. The constabulary registered a lawsuit and arrested the duo.
