“Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) was entrusted with the task and subsequently invited tenders worthy ₹3 crore for the study. A Hyderabad-based institution was selected to transportation retired the enactment and it had present submitted its study to the government,” helium said.

Dr. Parameshwara said that the authorities has accepted the study and directed BMRCL to hole a elaborate task study (DPR) nether the public-private concern (PPP) model.

“In the archetypal phase, the task is estimated to outgo ₹20,649 crore, with respective backstage firms already expressing interest. To facilitate this, the authorities issued an bid connected September 25 instructing BMRCL to hole the DPR afresh, besides astatine a outgo of ₹3 crore, for the 59.6-km metro enactment from Madavara to Tumakuru,” the Minister added.
