U.S. President Donald Trump decried connected Wednesday's shooting of 2 National Guard soldiers blocks from the White House arsenic an "act of terror" and said the perpetrator was a migrant from Afghanistan.

President Donald Trump connected Wednesday (November 27, 2025) called for his authorities to re-examine Afghan immigrants who entered the United States during the erstwhile President Joe Biden’s administration.

"This heinous battle was an enactment of evil, an enactment of hatred and an enactment of terror," Mr. Trump said, arsenic helium vowed to person his medication "reexamine each azygous alien who has entered our state from Afghanistan" during his predecessor Joe Biden's presidency.
