Transgender rights Bill: Minister ‘skips’ key meeting with NCTP members

The Union authorities connected Saturday called a gathering with members of the National Council of Transgender Persons (NCTP) amid the backlash implicit the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Amendment Bill that removes the close to a self-perceived sex identity.
