Training programme for police officers held

Fifty-one constabulary officers attended a five-day grooming programme titled ‘New Criminal Laws, 2023 (Master Trainer Course)‘ organised astatine the Police Training College, Thycaud, from September 15 to September 19.

The Training of Trainers (ToT) programme was organised by the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D), Union Home Affairs Ministry. The lawsuit was organised successful collaboration with Ernst & Young LLP and Police Training College, a connection said.

The purpose was to equip elder officials with a broad knowing of the recently enacted transgression laws - Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA), 2023.

“The programme covered cardinal procedural and substantive changes introduced nether the caller ineligible model and emphasised interactive learning and case-based discussions to fortify the exertion of instrumentality successful tract operations,” the connection said.
