The Centre for Post Harvest Technology (CPHT), Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), has targeted completion of 10 grooming programmes that foster entrepreneurship during the archetypal 4th of 2026-27.
Four programmes person been completed truthful far. Training programmes connected mentation of spice powders and pickles, worth summation of amla, and mentation of confectionary products were completed past month, and the programme connected mentation of instant foods was completed earlier this month.
Later this month, the CPHT has scheduled grooming programmes successful caller bakery products and value-addition of mushroom and moringa.
