The Principal District and Sessions Judge successful Nellore connected Monday (March 30, 2026) awarded 10 years of rigorous imprisonment (RI) to 3 persons for cheating the nationalist done wealth circulation schemes.
Nellore Fourth Town police, Ganapavaram constabulary of West Godavari, Kuchipudi constabulary of Krishna district, Kadapa One Town and the Kakinada II Town constabulary had registered cases related to wealth circulation schemes and multi-level selling successful 2008, which was aboriginal transferred to the Crime Investigation Department (CID).
The tribunal awarded 10 years of imprisonment to Questnet Enterprises India Pvt. Limited, Chennai, Managing Director Pushpam Appala Naidu, and directors R. Kamakshi Ranganathan and Augustine Joseph, too imposing a good of ₹1 lakh each for duping customers.
In a statement, CID Director General of Police A. Ravi Shankar Ayyanar cautioned the nationalist against unauthorised wealth circulation schemes, fraudulent golden coin offers, and different specified schemes.
