Three cases filed against non-local MLAs, MLCs for entering Jubilee Hills constituency during polling

The Hyderabad District Election Office has registered 3 cases against non-local MLAs and MLCs for allegedly entering the Jubilee Hills Assembly constituency connected polling day, Tuesday (November 11, 2025), successful usurpation of the Model Code of Conduct.

The District Election Office informed that 2 cases were registered against leaders from the Indian National Congress. The archetypal case, filed astatine Madhuranagar Police Station, names Ramachandra Naik and Beerla Ilaiah, from the Congress. Another lawsuit was booked astatine Borabanda Police Station against Shankar Naik and Matta Dayanand, besides from the Congress.
